PFAS-free oil repellent for molded fiber packaging
RETERRA™ RT326 is a fluorine-free emulsion developed to provide oil and grease resistance for paper and other cellulosic materials. It is widely used in pulp molded products such as paper bowls and plates.
Product Features
- 01Effective with pulp slurry beating degree as low as 22 °SR.
- 02Adaptable to pulp systems across pH 5–8.
- 03Strong binding with paper fiber; no PAC or similar accelerator is required.
- 04Does not cause yellowing of finished products compared with conventional alternatives.
- 05Maximum oil-proof temperature up to 65°C.

Use & Processing
- 01Add directly to paper pulp and stir thoroughly.
- 02Usually used with a conventional waterproofing agent such as AKD or rosin sizing.
- 03Provides strong self-retention and retention with fine fibers and fillers across a wide pH range.
- 04Optimize dosage according to pulp, process and performance requirements.
